Our 5G network is designed to provide high-speed connectivity for residential and business customers in Bahrain. To ensure fair usage and optimal performance for all users, subscribers are expected to adhere to our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, running servers, hosting services, or engaging in activities that disrupt network performance.

  • Resale of bandwidth or internet access to third parties without explicit written authorization.
  • Transmission of malicious software, spam, or engaging in phishing activities.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of our network or third-party systems.

  • Any activity that violates the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Connect5G Bahrain monitors network traffic for security and performance optimization. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these policies without prior warning. Refunds will not be issued for accounts terminated due to policy violations.

Service Terms & Billing

Subscription plans are billed on a monthly basis in advance. New customers are required to pay a one-time activation fee and provide valid identification. Equipment rental (CPE router) is included in select plans and must be returned upon service termination in good working condition to avoid replacement charges.

Payments are due on the 1st of each month. Late payments may incur a reconnection fee of BHD 5.000. Services will be automatically suspended if payment is not received within 5 days of the due date. We accept payments via KNET, credit cards, and bank transfer.

Coverage is subject to geographic availability and signal strength. While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, weather conditions, maintenance, or technical faults may cause temporary outages. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated via SMS and email at least 24 hours in advance.

Limitation of Liability

Connect5G Bahrain shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including data loss, business interruption, or unauthorized access to your data. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or the use of our services is limited to the amount you paid to us for the month in which the claim arose.

Privacy & Data Compliance

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. However, we may share data with regulatory authorities or law enforcement if required by law.

For information regarding the use of cookies and tracking technologies on our website, please refer to our Cookie Policy.

Termination & Suspension

Either party may terminate the service agreement with a 30-day written notice. Connect5G Bahrain may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you must discontinue use of the service and contact our billing department to settle any outstanding invoices.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes amicably through negotiation. If resolution is not reached within 30 days, the dispute may be submitted to the relevant regulatory authorities in Bahrain or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
